MCS Faculty

Our school faculty is selected based upon their professional development, teaching experience, their commitment to Christian education, their support of individualized instruction, and their respectful, accepting and loving nature.

Our teachers have attained a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field with an education minor and have at least one year of classroom teaching experience.   We are grateful for our senior staff, who have dedicated a combined 316 years of teaching to Manassas Christian School.

Our teachers’ day is dedicated to their students learning and achievement of their program’s academic goals.  They guide their students in spiritual, social and personal development.  At the end of the day, they conduct our after school club program, during which they model leadership, initiative, and skill development for our students.
