Great Christian school! Manassas Christian School has been an incredible experience for us.

The school is a perfect size to allow for valuable student/teacher interaction. I have enjoyed volunteering and watching the middle school students come into the lower grades to say hello to the teachers and students. The teachers and staff truly foster the children’s growth academically and spiritually through the Lord. Not only would my husband and I recommend MCS to anyone, our kids would also!

Great school and has helped our son grow

We received a tour from the principal, Mr. Bartholomew, who answered all of our questions. We were impressed with their curriculum, extra-curricular activities, and athletic programs. They also have summer camp, which our son has participated in as well for the past two years. MCS has a great staff; they are truly wonderful and caring. MCS provides an excellent environment for students to learn and develop academically, socially, and spiritually.

My child looks forward to school everyday!

Our son has been attending Manassas Christian School since the fall of 2020 when he started 3rd Grade. We plan to keep him there throughout the competition of 8th Grade due to the amazing care and learning experience he is provided. It truly feels like one large family when you walk in the doors of MCS and that is so hard to find these days!

Carolyn Kaucher

Administrative Assistant

Carolyn Kaucher is our Front Office Administrator, Registrar, and Social Media Manager, and has a B.A. degree in Kinesiological Science from the University of Maryland. She has taught Aquatic Education and Swimming for more than 40 years. Ms. Kaucher was a Professional USA Swim Coach for more than 20 years, working with children ages eight through twelve, several of whom went on to become Olympians. She enjoys the beach, sailing, and anything around the water, as well as cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Ms. Kutcher’s family consists of her mom, a retired nurse, who is 91 years young, a younger sister, and an older brother, both married to amazing spouses. Her niece, adopted from Russia, is, as she says, “the light of my life. ”

Ms. Kaucher chose to work in education because “coaching swimming was my passion for many years. I wanted to continue to work with children -on dry land! Hence, here I am at MCS.” A relative of Mrs. Bare’s referred me here. My motivation is to meet the needs of children and families. I want every child and family to have fond memories of MCS and never forget their experience. I still keep up with some teachers from my elementary, high school, and college days.”

She concluded. “MCS is a family and a second home. I’ve learned so much and made so many wonderful friends. I especially love working with our young teachers.
